Christians these days are so...Amen to this Sister.

Christians these days are so afraid of talking, let alone confronting sin that we dig ourselves deeper and deeper into darkness. We tend to love sin more than our Savior thus we will defend the sin and the sinner and curse the one who dares point it out.

Our Lord is Holy, Wonderful, Pure and Righteous and He expects nothing less from his Remnant. By His grace he empowers us to be like Him and walk like him in this dark and dreary world. Where will the light come from if believers don't shine it?, when will the deception end if we don't expose it? Jesus came so that sin will lose it's power over humanity (Galatians 1:4. Oh how we need the mercy of God. Love tell the Truth.

When you said "Yet as I read, I noticed myself in agreement with these judgments saying in my heart to God, "Yes Lord, tear down every false way in me. Destroy every idol. Break in pieces every high thing in my heart.", I could relate, I would find myself having really bad, wick thoughts then realize that God has every right to destroy this world because it does not represent His Righteousness. This really humbles one because you realize how much work is still to be done and we need every bit of God's Grace while it is still available so we can be changed into the imagine of his Righteous Son. People! the world was and will be destroyed because of it's wicked imagination and actions.

Genesis 6:5 And God saw that the wickedness of man (was) great in the earth, and(that) every IMAGINATION of the thoughts of his heart (was) only evil continually.
Jeremiah 7:21, 16:12

Only the pure in heart will see God (Mat 5:8), those who are willing to humble themselves and realize that we need to take up our Cross every single day so we are made perfect before our God. But it will take a reality check and submission to the Holy Spirit's leadership.

God loves us, He will never leave nor forsake us. Jesus said it well Rev 3:19 As many as I love, I will rebuke and chasten: be zelous therefore, and repent.
Rev 3:21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

HUMILITY, MEEKENESS and LOWLYNESS of heart is important.

In His Love.

SizakeleAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-793573695603056525.post-10005599480801462572013-01-22T17:28:32.663-05:002013-01-22T17:28:32.663-05:00Hi Anonymous,

Every sinner knows they are sinning. You don't have to tell them that they are doing wrong; most times they know it, they just don't think anyone will call them out on it. LOL

And I should mention that I am not talking about being the "sin finder", going around pointing out everyone's sins. I am merely disputing the false idea that somehow talking about sin is unloving or unbiblical...to those who are lost or those who are believers.Latter Days Ministryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15405696673350225699noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-793573695603056525.post-32500303262266084692013-01-22T11:50:21.225-05:002013-01-22T11:50:21.225-05:00I agree, based on my own experience that repentanc...I agree, based on my own experience that repentance comes before Christ. It is like the spirit leads you to see yourself as a sinner in rebellion against God, and if you are truthful to your condition and have repentance then you will see your need for Christ. The spirit will also lead you to Christ.
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
