You Hater!

Watcha Gonna Do When They Come For You?

President Obama has signed into law the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act. This piece of legislation raises "gender identity" and "sexual orientation" to the status of protected classes so that those who commit or incite violence against such persons may be charged with being guilty of a hate crime.

This bill is part of the Defense Authorization Act, which provides funding for our military. Can you not see where this is headed? Our military forces will be used prevent these "hate crimes" and enforce these regulations. Everything that Jesus has said about the end times is happening at groundbreaking speed...and I for one am glad about it.

Many are hailing what are called "strong free speech protections" in this law which are said to safeguard religious leaders and others who believe homosexuality to be an abomination. The law - they say - allows you to say what you want and only targets bias-motivated crimes. Here is an excerpt of such "protections":

RULE OF EVIDENCE— In a prosecution for an offense under this section, evidence of expression or associations of the defendant may not be introduced as substantive evidence at trial, unless the evidence specifically relates to that offense.
A person's statements and affiliations cannot be used against them unless it relates to the offense. THAT is protection? Yes, you are free to say what you want (free speech protection), but if what you say can be tied in any way to inciting a violent act, then you can be charged under this law. Gee, guess I feel better now. How much will it take to move from criminalizing hate "acts" to criminalizing hate "speech"? Not much with these kinds of "protections".

We can see a precursor to the results of this legislation in the following video, which recaps the story of the Philadelphia 11. These individuals were arrested for proclaiming Bible truths about homosexuality in a public forum...and it happened right in this country.

The attorney in this video states that one ought to be "really scared" about these changes. Absolutely not!! What you need to be is wise, aware, ready, and looking up as your redemption draws nigh.

"Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city. Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues; And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles. But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak." Mark 10:1-19

Yes, there will be prosecutions, persecutions, troubles, and tribulations. He has forewarned us that this would be the case. Yet that is no reason to fear. This is good news for the saints because it means that we are truly advancing very quickly into these last days and the soon return of our Lord.

The question is, "Are you willing to labor in bringing in a bountiful harvest of souls during this time? Are you ready to stand for what you say you believe?"

Lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgenders should not be persecuted and violently attacked...no one should be. However, neither should such lifestyles - which God calls reprobate - be normalized. The move towards continued normalization of sexual perversion should not be, yet we know this will be the case.

"Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed." Luke 17:28-30

As time progresses, there will be increasing pressure to denounce the things of God - either outright by speaking against them or by saying nothing and being silent. Do not think that you will be able to stand through will power. If you are not spending time in prayer before the Lord now, you will buckle under such forces.

Redeem the times and seek the Lord while He may be found. If you know the Lord, get to know Him more. If you don't, repent from your sins and seek His face for salvation. Cry out to the Lord all you peoples.

"Arise, cry out in the night: in the beginning of the watches pour out thine heart like water before the face of the Lord. Lift up thy hands toward him for the life of thy young children, that faint for hunger in the top of every street. " Lamentations 2:19

The children faint for hunger...they hunger for God's word. It is God's words which hold the earth and the Heavens in place. God's words call things into being even though they appear not to be. God's words give us life. God's words are what need to be proclaimed in these last and evil days so that others may be saved.

I leave you with these words, "Remember Lot's wife."

  1. And I'll second your last declaration by adding "...and the days of Noah"!

The fact that there's even a "Defense Authorization Act" says means there must be some "body" on the Offense (i.e., being "offensive"). No matter how they mask this stuff it's all about the war against the saints of God.

They're putting their physical instruments in place and the war against the mind is ramping up as well:

What are people being prepared for with movies like "Paranormal Activities" and "District 9" being released? They are about to release the new "V" miniseries. It wasn't supposed to be out until spring 2010. I hope this means the the agenda is speeding up!

Here's another one that's pretty wild:
    Stargate Vaccine Trailer

Don't be surprised if the US government makes some kind of "alien" disclosure statement soon...saying that we have been "visited" in the past. Yes, we've been "visited" and we ain't seen nothing yet!

Praying for the mind of Christ to engage in this war of the ages!

  2. I'm so glad to see that there are many liked minded Christians operating with the same Spirit. I am so glad that the Lord is preparing us for these last days. Those who have ears HEAR what the Spirit is saying to the CHURCH! Glory be to God, i was on my way to school this morning and i began to talk to the Lord and He took my mind off of me and my worries and i was lead to grab my tape recorder i use for class and use it. I don't know why but i was lead to record what was coming out of my mouth about homosexuality, and i dare not question the Lord about it because i know it will come together. I will just share what the Lord started me off with that stuck out to me at that moment that had me to check myself.
Ephesians 5:11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them.
This verse goes beyond homosexuality but what the Lord was speaking to me about was homosexuality. I don't know if He is preparing me for something or what i spoke in the recorder what He gave me. As i just looked at the whole of Ephesians 5, i find that this is some of the things that has been concerning me coming from my local Christian"Gospel" radio station that i listen to. It confirmed the other things that i came to me about how can a "Christian" based radio station play a "secular" worldly artist song on the radio because it might sound like or maybe a song for the Christian ear, but don't play any more of the songs on the cd. when i recorded me saying that, i was even stund for a second. I had just heard that Whitney Houston song "I look to you". Now the way i look at that. She never even named the Lord's name. So this song was meant to appease to the world and the Christians alike. The world would take it to mean the song has something to do with a man, while the Christian will sincerely believe that this song is God gloryfying. I didn't mean to stray off the topic but it all ties in to the Church will believe anything that isn't the TRUTH all in the name of God is love, and don't judge.
There is a way that SEEMS right to man but the end is DEATH!

    God bless!

  3. After going back and watching the video, what struck me is this:

What those Christians in the video think is persecution is NOT persecution.

The difference between THAT persecution and the persecution of the Christians in the Bible and the end time Christian is that there is NO POWER being displayed. They are fighting for their RIGHT to live in Sodom! I don't want the right to live in SODOM!

These Christians hire lawyers to fight against satan's kingdom...that is idiotic. We need power from all Mighty God to wage this war. Janet Parchall (the interviewer in the video) is a Sean Hannity clone - a world citizen. People like them will likely be turning in the real Christian because of the reality that will be brought to bear on "their" world by the power of God. Beware of wolves in sheep's clothing!

Most of the stuff in that video is a clown show...pretty much along the same vein as the "street preachers"...an utter waste of time.

Tarry until you are endued with power...in the meantime go out and make a fool of yourself...is not what He is saying. So why go out and be carried away by cops and yelled at by demons without a single sign or wonder following?

What do you call that - ignorance, stupidity, pride, disobedience?

I hope like always that they wake from their sleep as must we all do.

  4. Hi Tom,

I don't know anything really about the people in the video. You make some valid points about the persecution Jesus describes and what is portrayed. I agree that this is not the extent of the tribulations we are told will come.

If there is anything to be gotten from the video, I wanted people to know that this is already happening. Many Americans are not prepared for persecution, nor even things as simple as what is portrayed in the video. While Christians in China, Islamic countries, etc. have a better understanding of these things. However, that surely doesn't mean such will never happen in the U.S. It is starting and this is only the beginning.

As for street preaching, protesting, etc., I don't know. From one perspective we could say everything is a waste of time. This blog, preaching in a church, witnessing to others, intercession, etc. What is the point of doing any of it without the power of God?

We cannot make God do anything, even when we pray that He will. I believe we still need to proclaim God's word - however He leads us to do that - trusting Him to work out the rest.

  5. Hey Brothers and Sisters,

Here's the distinction that I'm trying to make...I also realize that God knows more than me and he no doubt has sent individuals on explicit missions over the last 2000 years, so I'm speaking in terms of "the great majority of times"...

What we do in books, blogs and videos and what other preachers do as ministers to believers in churches etc...These are all forums where people can come as they are led to receive what is being offered. Sometimes the enemy comes in to try to make a mess but all in all it is the body of Christ being prepared for works by ministering to one another.

What the street preachers and protesters are doing...going out into the world to "proclaim" to the world without marching orders. By and large they are works of the flesh.

There will come a time when we will really go out into the world with signs (not abortion signs:) and wonders (not "wondering" what we're doing:). I've seen a lot of street preacher videos and even a lot of church videos and I'm still waiting to see arms and legs restored and people with cerebral palsey getting up and dancing around...until that time we'll just have to stay put and praise God the He knows what He's doing.

  6. I know this is an older post but I was thinking about the recent proclamation by Obama that supports gay marriage. Why is that when this topic comes up "Christians" keep saying: "I don't think He really believes this. It's just a political move" I have heard this several times. I know it's a political move but it does not mean he doesn't believe it. It's as if Christians want to defend him regardless of how anti Christ his words, actions, and policies are.
