The Father that dwelleth in me, HE doeth the works

A Time of Revealing

"Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? The words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works." John 14:10

I have been getting a lot of emails about professing Christians falling into apostasy in droves now - from denying the authority of God's word, claiming there is no need for Christians to repent, and even validating all types of immorality & fornication as acceptable. This is a sign of a reprobate mind.  Jesus said this would occur.

"Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols." Revelation 2:20

Jesus said that the last days church would have to contend with the spirit of Jezebel who teaches and seduces God's servants to commit fornication and ingest idolatry.  When you see professing Christians (male or female) maligning the Lord, justifying idolatry & and encouraging all forms of illicit behavior - you are looking at the spirit of Jezebel at work.

In spite of what people proclaim verbally, what is truly in the heart is being made manifest.  All these years, folks have been sitting next to you in Church...Amening your posts on Facebook...lifting up hands in praise & worship....and talking about how gooood the Lawd is.  Yet behind the scenes they are still revelling in sin.  They are not only still slaves to sin, they have no desire to be free from it.  They love sin and have only used the Lord Jesus Christ as a cloak to cover their unrighteousness.  They are not born again.

I have said this before, but I will reiterate.  The only problem people have with God is sin.  As long as you are enslaved to sin, and want to be, you will be offended by the Lord and those who represent Him.  A heart of repentance still remains the foundation for even hearing let alone receiving the Gospel.

During the last days, what is really in our hearts will be made manifest.  There will be no more play-acting and no more hypocriting around.  Those who belong to the Lord will be manifest and those who don't will be likewise shown for what they really are (Romans 8:19; Revelation 3:17-18).

To that I say, "Let the Father do the work!

There is no time for arguments and soulish debates with those who deep down actually hate the Lord.  Stop casting pearls before swine and ask the Father to give you eyes to see those He has prepared to receive the word of truth.  Those who continually deny His truths will be sent a strong delusion so that they will believe a lie and be damned (II Thessalonians 2:10-11).

I have no mind to even discuss these matters with such folks. They cannot hear the truth because they do not want to hear it. Such people are not sincere seekers asking questions, they are trying to justify their own rebellion and take others with them to the pit of Hell. That is the nature of Satan; he justifies his rebellion against God and tries to drag down as many people as he can.

Let the Father do the work!  It is no time to try and figure out what is wrong with folks and wonder why they are falling away from the truth.  As Jesus said, if they will not hear the truth, then wipe the dust off of your feet and keep on going (Matthew 10:14).  The great apostasy is happening right in front of our eyes.  All we can do is tend to our own hearts, examine ourselves to see if we be in the faith, and work out our own salvation in fear and trembling.  Pray for them if the Lord puts upon your heart to, but don't let someone else's denial of the Lord cause you to lose sight of the prize.

Romans 1:32 indicates that one becomes reprobate, not just by continuing in sin, but by agreeing with or "taking pleasure in" those in sin. Consider this as well.

"Lay hands suddenly on no man, neither be partaker of other men's sins: keep thyself pure." I Timothy 5:22

The words "lay hands" above references endorsing someone, giving them your support or vote of approval. When we receive a person who is an unrepentant sinner (calling them our friend, saying they are a Christian, encouraging others to receive them...) we make ourselves a partaker of their sins. God sees us as guilty of their sins, even if we haven't personally committed them.  Take care who you call your "friend."

I don't care who it is, family or foe, such people are not my friends. I will not straddle the fence trying to make nice with the Devil. If someone is against my God, then they are against me...and I am against them. I feel absolutely nothing about it.

To do things in ignorance is one thing. To have known the truth and turned away from it is another (II Peter 2:22).  We should be more concerned about offending God than offending man. If we can consider a friend someone who we know is anti-Christ, then we need to start wondering what is wrong with us and who we really are.

People like this I will cut out of my life with no regrets.  Any thing or person which is an unGodly influence in my life, I seek God to remove. I am not holding on to any "friends" or "family"; nothing but my God and those who are either in Him or desire to be in Him.  There is just not enough "being nice" cozying up to those who viciously hate God (even if they "claim" to be Christian) in order to justify being damned to Hell...or worse, disappointing my Father.  I am running for my life and all I can say is everybody else ought to so run as well (I Corinthians 9:24; Hebrews 12:1).

Let the Father do the work!  If the Father dwells in you, then the Father will do the work.  When the Father does the work, there is no question, no confusion, and no debate. The very life that the Father has imparted to you by His Spirit will testify to the truth all by itself.  Only those without the Holy Spirit need to do a lot of talking and convincing of others because they are relying on soulish power & charisma versus the power of the Holy Ghost.  What we need to do is stay before the Father as He faithfully completes the work He has started so that we are conformed into the image of His Son.  Only then will we be light unto the lost.

I recommend the following articles as well which speak of this false religious veneer encouraged by Babylon  and the signs that one is going into apostasy.

The Road to Hell

Arrows of Reproof and Apostasy

Based on recommendation from Sis. Joy, I am posting the following video from Pastor David Williams.

  1. I needed this -- God knows what we need, doesn't He! The Lord is preparing His army! He is preparing His children! May the body of Christ unite and pray for one another. The enemy is roaming and roaring, but we, IN CHRIST, must keep our eyes on Jesus. I'm in agreement with you - "nothing but my God and those who are either in Him or desire to be in Him."

Pastor David Williams just posted a video to youtube and his facebook page that goes hand-in-hand with much of what the Lord put on your heart:

Stand strong IN Christ to all who read this. The Lord will see us through!

    1. HI Joy,

I had not heard Bro. David's recent video. I just haven't been able to keep up with many things as my focus is very narrow right now on which I have to get done. However, it is amazing how the Lord sends confirmation and often puts the same words on His people's hearts. Thank you for sharing this and I have included it in the article as well.

If I could also amplify David's message, I would say that Sodom not only represents homosexuality, bestiality, pedophilia, and the like. It also represents the sodomites sitting up in the churches. Judgment in fact does start at the house of God. Those claiming Christ but engaging in all types of fornication, adultery, acts of sodomy...these are the ones who will first receive the strong delusion which damns their souls if they do not repent.

Interestingly enough, another Sister in the Lord posted an article last night called, "A Time of Revealing, Alien Deception, Strong Delusion". I was surprised that not only had she used the same title as I did (A Time of Revealing), but that she used this to connect to the deception of aliens and the receiving of the strong delusion as did Bro. David. I think this is all connected.

The "aliens" the world is so caught up with are actually the nephilim, the product of the fallen angels cohabitation with the daughters of men (Gen. 6). In the end times, Satan is going into overdrive to have the nephilim indwell those who are not saved. It is a "Time of Revealing" because the seed of life God has imparted into His own will become manifest in these days as they are filled with the Holy Spirit. At the same time, the seed of Satan that he has imparted to the lost will become manifest as they are indwelled by the nephilim. Both life types will be shown forth based on the condition of our hearts. The King of Sodom is preparing all those who belong to him (Sodomites) to welcome his servant, the Anti-Christ. Only being filled with God's Spirit can save us and equip us to stand against what is coming.

For those unfamiliar with the nephilim, please see the following: Nephilim

Yes, we need to stand strong in these days, for it is written and the Lord will see us through. This is the worst possible time to start losing faith and denying the things of God. Those who know that they have become lukewarm for the Lord need to stir up the gifts within them and seek the Lord like never before. As Thomas Watson says in Arrows of Reproof and Apostasy, such need to pray urgently for a "quickening grace" to bring to life again that which has been smouldering out.

May God Bless and Encourage you Sister as you have done here in your post for others!

    2. All of these confirmations are profound! I can see the Lord calling us to stay focused and faithful - we are about to see more darkness and deception in the coming days. I said just this morning to the Lord: "Lord, I can't count on man if what he says goes against what your Spirit has revealed to me. You have never led me astray. I will cling to you Lord - I will trust in you Lord."

God Bless You and Your Pure Heart Toward Him.

  2. Hello my Sister!

Let me tell you, my Internet connection has been acting up something terrible so I was reading this blog post through an app. I immediately called my son down to reset my connection so that I could sign on through my laptop to comment - it's that serious! I told you about my job Mia, and I have been attempting to "minister" to people since I have been here (blog post coming about that soon). Well recently God told me to "be done with it and move on". I have since been praying that He would guide my footsteps where He'd like me to go next. In the meantime, satan has been using my co-workers, who call themselves (c)hristians to bait me. One guy, a PK (his father passed two years ago), knows the Word backwards and forward but will put his own spin on it, and he's definitely not walking with Christ. Well last week he started asking me some insane questions about the "writers" of the bible. I kept telling him to move on, but God gave me a better answer; He had me tell this guy that "He is not the AUTHOR of confusion, and that is what the young man was trying to do with his inquiries", confuse others who were listening. When I put that to him you should have seen how fast he backed off, started laughing and telling me that he "love you because you are so on point".

I said all of that to say this: you are right on it here. This world is not my home and these people who are against-Christ are not my friends. I am grateful to call you my sister and friend and I am thankful - once again - for your writings. God bless you!

    1. Hi Nita,

Isn't it something how those who masquerade as Christians try to cozy up to you to be your "friend"? I really saw this when I was on Facebook. Such hypocrites are always trying to "spy out our liberty" and use "great swelling words" to allure the saints through the lusts of the flesh back into bondage.

Yet, God will give us eyes to see, for those who want to see. He will also tell us specifically what to do to avoid those snares. The religious hypocrites of Jesus' day were always trying to snare Him in His words and the servant is not above his Master. God knows just how to deal with these jokers (as my husband's Grandma would have said). LOL

I agree with you. Too many are trying to understand these persons or talk them back into the faith by going back and forth about doctrine. Or worse, having their own faith shaken because others are going back to the world. It is a waste of time. If the Lord shows me something about a person and they still reject the truth when confronted with it, then I am going on with the Lord. May each work out his own salvation with fear and trembling. I have no time to be weeping over people who prefer the Devil over the Lord. Yes, my heart is for all to be saved and I hate that so many are deceived, but we must each make our own choices. God doesn't deny folks the right to choose, so why should such shake me?

I was sharing with another Sister last week that if they find it difficult to disconnect from such people then they had better pray to the Lord that He break whatever soul tie they have established with them. Just as the Lord knits His people together by His Spirit, so does the Devil knit his people together by his unclean spirits.

God is not the author of confusion, yet that is predominately what these persons try to do: cause confusion. These times are growing ever more serious and we had better know that.

I too am grateful for our friendship and the Sisterly bond we have in the Lord. I don't know what lies ahead, and it might be bumpy, but the Lord will see us through every situation. He has surely already made the way.

      God Bless you Sister Nita!

    1. Ha! I didn't see the parallels until you said that. You are right. They grow up together until they have each reached maturity at the time of harvest. Praise God for the time of Harvest when the Lord shall extend His sickle into the earth!

"The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear." Matthew 13:41-43

Thank you Sister for sharing that!

  5. THIS was for ME! Just last week I kept hearing God say "Enemies of God" when I thought about discontinuing certain "friendships". Then when I severed ties, they found a way back in to lash me with condemnation and even cursed (used profane words, lies and put downs) my husband and I out. Which during that time I actually heard "witches". All I know was I could no longer stand to be in their "virtual" presence and everything God had been showing me manifested clearly. I was so glad I was free but a little mad at myself for taking so long to do what He told me to do some time ago.

In the end, I went before the Lord in tears, hurt for being more loyal to man than Him and repented. Right before I went into prayer I was feeling so low and I was allowing myself to be condemned but once I got into prayer and then into His word, He told me I was FORGIVEN. Mia, I cried and lifted my hands to thank the Lord for convicting me TO REPENTANCE! I'm running like you and after this experience, as long as the Father continues to do the work in me, I will NEVER allow ANYONE to come between me and my obedience to the Lord for that is way too much power for anyone to have over me.

I thank God for ALL you've been to me. I love you more than you know. :)

    1. I love you too Sis, and I thank God for His work in all of our lives.

"I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore." Psalm 121:1-8

Be encouraged Octavia! The Lord is doing a great work and placing everything in order in our lives as pertaining to His people. He will not suffer our foot to be moved as long as our hearts are sincere before Him.

He is surely worthy to be praised!
